WHY TO DO TREATMENT WITH DENTAL FACILITIES AT THE BB DENTAL CLINIC?
The veneers require minimal (and sometimes no) cutting of the teeth within 0.2-1 mm, which is their main advantage over artificial crowns (metal-ceramic, fully ceramic, etc.) and in a large percentage of cases, the teeth do not they have to be killed. This makes veneers one of the most sparing treatments and saves extra money on root canal treatment.
A clinical case from our practice
The patient came to the clinic BB DENTAL wishing for whiter and symmetrical teeth. After replacing the old photopolymer seals, we made and installed ceramic veneers.
In this more severe case, we completed this long treatment with five ceramic veneers and one zirconium crown.
TYPES OF DENTAL VENEETS
Porcelain veneers are made individually for each patient in a dental laboratory. They have excellent aesthetic qualities, do not stain like natural teeth and are the most durable over time. Their price compared to other types of veneers is the highest and requires the longest time to make them.
Composite veneers are made directly in the patient's mouth by the dentist. High-quality composites are used as a material, from which dental fillings are generally made. They require 1 or 2 visits to the dental office and can achieve perfect aesthetic results. Due to the faster aging of the material, composite veneers may have a shorter life in the patient's mouth, but this is not necessary. Their price is the lowest compared to other types of veneers and are a great solution for patients who do not have the means for porcelain veneers, but want to change their smile.
Vitrified (glass) composite veneers
Vitrified (with glass) composite veneers are factory made and laser processed. Available in different sizes and shapes. They do not require work from the dental laboratory and can be placed in one visit, which saves the patient time. The presence of glass and laser treatment makes them very durable and their price is more affordable compared to ceramic veneers.
